The anti-vaccination people really shit me to tears. I have a few "crunchy" friends who are great and all, but they really believe that vaccines are some conspiracy by evil pharma companies. I sympathise with the parents who fall for this - when it comes to your own kids, you can become very risk averse - but after I saw Wakefield's financial interests in this... unbelievable.
