Jenny McCarthy...I had no idea she was this...pathological

Seriously, I'm reading Louder than Words right now. How did she get custody of her kid?

How does someone this transparently fucked up get a book deal? Or on Oprah?

I wonder if she is going to mention her whole "indigo child" phase.

Wow. It's the most disturbing thing I've ever read (this week). As far as I can tell, she has no self-awareness or self-control. This is so bizarre. Stay tuned.

PS: Is it odd that she seems to still be bottle feeding the kid at 2.5 years? Especially when, you know, hubba hubba with the mommy spigots on that one?

There's still a trace of her indigo phase at http://www.indigonetwork.org/. The banner toward the bottom has her scary mug on it. Then it was heave-ho Indigo, on to vaccines as the new dingo that stole her baby. Next it'll be Morgellon's.

And she will never get any better. She has invested too much in her fantasies. She cannot turn back now. I would feel sorry for her if she was not encouraging the spread of deadly and debilitating diseases among children.

I think Evan was diagnosed at 30 months or so. Still bottle-feeding? Well, some kids with autism have feeding issues, both from sensory issues and coordination and fine-motor issues.

But her story on Evan is so confusing and changes to fit the needs of the propaganda.

Skeptico has some documentation on the story changes.

I can see her retrofitting her memories to match the autism diagnosis, which seems to have been made after a single office visit and she reports no testing. And seriously, her rationale for accepting the diagnosis is, really, liking the doctor, who seems to try to connect with her emotionally. And this is a BAD reason to trust someone. And, again, completely unaware of herself. She lacks circumspection in every way. She can NOT see outside of herself. Stunning mommy fail.

Did anyone ask if there was a history of sanity in the family?
