If you take the time to read it, you can see that it is exclusively about international gun laws and means to prevent arms smuggling.

You'll also notice the date:

January 1… 1997!

Oh… and I love his language about how 33 countries have signed it blah blah blah… failing to mention that *we* signed it back in '97.

And I love how he throws quotes around but doesn't give any sources.

Jesus, man. Where do you dig up these backwater idiots? :)

During an expedition among the people's of the American South, I collected demographic samples and had them cryogenically frozen. Every so often I temporarily revive them to make fun of and poke them. This explains why Chuck Baldwin is complaining about a 1997 treaty, because that is the year that I had him turned into a Nutcicle.
